Last week, Vertigo previewed a number of its new books – FAIREST, THE NEW DEADWARDIANS, SAUCER COUNTRY, and DOMINIQUE LAVEAU: VOODOO CHILD. Miss them? Check out the preview roundup post at Vertigo. I am going to be checking out at least the first issue of these series (and, as always, reporting it back to you), but  I am specifically excited for SAUCER COUNTRY, written by one of my favorite up-and-coming writers, Paul Cornell.
