Hoax Hunters #o was an odd little genre title when it came out a few months ago, and the recently released first issue of the ongoing series followed suit. I enjoyed the first issue a lot; it was a smart and confident opening salvo that set up the premise and characters for those who didn't read issue zero while also fleshing those elements out for those who did. It wasn't perfect, but it was a fun read with an interesting point of view (also it had a Sasquatch which is alway appreciated), and it looks like other people thought so too, because issue one quickly sold out and went back to press for a second printing. Now with Issue two nearing release the book's creative team was nice enough to send us some preview pages for a look at what's to come: (Click on each image to enlarge)
Hoax Hunters is published by Image Comics and written by Michael Moreci and Steve Seeley with art by Axel Medelin. Issue two will be available both in store and online August 8th.
